EXPLORE AROUND
OUR PARADISE
Hiriketiya Beach
Hiriketiya Bay is unique in shape and topography making surf available approximately ten months of the year. During peak holiday seasons from Dec-Feb smaller swells from the west create a perfect beginner's beach break wave and the occasional ride on the left point break. During shoulder season Aug-Dec the waves are at their best after a slight drop in midyear swell size creating a clean beach and left point break. During the middle of the year (when the crowds are away) larger southerly swells create some fun yet challenging waves right across the bay.
